 What to Expect
The Happiness Blueprint is a 5-week, live online workshop made up of 5 interactive sessions (one session per week). Each week, we’ll meet to learn and apply a core part of the Happiness Blueprint—so you’re not just consuming ideas, you’re practicing them in real time through guided reflection, discussion, and simple exercises.
Between sessions, you’ll have a few practical, doable activities to carry into your week (10–20 minutes a day, depending on the practice). These are designed to reinforce what we covered, help you notice what’s changing, and build momentum through small, consistent actions—so the insights translate into real habits.
You can expect a supportive group environment, clear session themes, and a steady rhythm of learning and practical applications.

Finish the program with a clear sense of how you’ve grown, tangible evidence of change, and a 30‑day Happiness Blueprint you feel confident following.
