Inside the Workshop
The Personal and Professional Renovation Blueprint is a 5-week, live online workshop made up of 5 interactive sessions (one session per week). Each week, we’ll meet to explore and apply a core part of the Renovation Blueprint—so you’re not just learning ideas about change, you’re actively working on your next chapter in real time through guided reflection, discussion, and practical exercises.
Between sessions, you’ll have a few simple, doable activities to carry into your week (about 10–20 minutes a day, depending on the practice). These are designed to reinforce what we covered, help you test new habits and mindsets in your real life, and build momentum through small, consistent actions—so the work translates into clear progress at work and at home.
Look forward to a warm, structured cohort experience, with clear weekly focus areas and a consistent learn‑apply‑reflect cadence. By the end, you’ll have a more grounded sense of direction, a clearer story about who you are and what you’re building, and a realistic 30-day renovation plan you can continue after the final session.
