A SHARED, FACILITATED SEVEN-WEEK EXPERIENCE

Join a Novāscend Cohort

With a cohort, you move through a shared seven-week experience with a small group and a facilitator. Each week combines a 90-minute live session with guided reflection and practical Momentum Practice between meetings. You apply the work to your own circumstances while learning from the questions, experiences, and perspectives of others.

Structured Support

When your professional future is uncertain, immediate demands can make it difficult to step back and decide what deserves your attention.

Structured Support creates a defined space to do that work. It is a small, facilitated cohort experience lasting approximately six weeks, designed to help participants sort through what matters, convert reflection into purposeful action, and adjust as they learn from experience.

The bounded format provides continuity without creating an open-ended commitment.

 SHARED PERSPECTIVE

Why Join a Cohort

Professional transition can feel private. But you do not have to think through every question alone.

A cohort gives you a small, guided setting. People move through the same framework together. Each person brings a different situation and point of view. Listening to others can help you notice options, questions, or beliefs that are harder to see on your own.

The shared schedule also gives the work a steady rhythm. Each week, you learn, reflect, act, and return with new information. The goal is not to copy another person’s choices. It is to use the Course more fully as you make your own.

You choose how much personal information to share. You can learn from the group while keeping private details private.

What the experience is like

Across recurring facilitated conversations, participants examine their current circumstances, consider possible directions, and identify useful next steps. Between conversations, they may take purposeful action or reflect further, then return to consider what happened and what it suggests.

Working alongside a small group adds perspectives that individual reflection alone may not provide. Hearing how others approach their own professional uncertainty can reveal different ways of thinking, sharpen questions, and bring assumptions into view. The recurring cohort structure also creates continuity as participants move from reflection to action and back again.

The experience draws on Novāscend’s approach and Flourishing Architecture without turning the cohort into a class or seminar. Each participant applies the work to their own circumstances and retains responsibility for their decisions.

You may be in the right place if...

  • You are willing to take part in a small facilitated group.
  • You value learning from several perspectives.
  • You can take part in seven weekly 90-minute live sessions.
  • You want a shared rhythm that supports reflection and purposeful action.
  • You are comfortable choosing what to share and what to keep private.

Matching this list does not guarantee a particular outcome. The conversation before enrollment gives you a chance to discuss your situation and the Course. You can also consider whether the cohort format fits what you need.

Who it may fit

Structured Support may fit someone navigating a significant professional change, considering several possible directions, or taking action without gaining enough useful information about what to do next. It may also suit someone who wants more structure around decisions and next steps and values thoughtful conversation with others facing their own transitions.

The format works best for people interested in engaging thoughtfully, trying purposeful actions where useful, and returning ready to consider what they learned.

Structured Support and Individualized Coaching are parallel ways of working. Someone who prefers the process to be shaped entirely around their own situation may find Individualized Coaching a better fit.

BOUNDARIES

Participation, Privacy, and Scope

Your participation belongs to you. You decide how to engage with the Course, what ideas to apply, and what actions to take.

Sharing is voluntary. You can join group conversations without sharing every detail. That includes details about your work, relationships, health, finances, or personal history. You are responsible for choosing what to share. You are also responsible for respecting the privacy of other participants.

The cohort provides a structured learning experience and guided reflection. It also offers peer perspectives and a clear way to apply the Flourishing Architecture. It is not group therapy. It does not replace mental health care or other professional services.

Novāscend does not make career decisions for you. It also does not control what happens in your workplace, industry, or job market. No job, promotion, career change, or other result is guaranteed.

Enrollment begins with a conversation.

We will discuss what you are going through and answer your questions about the Course and cohort experience. We will also consider whether the shared format fits your needs and preferences.

The cohort includes seven weekly 90-minute live sessions and 8–12 participants. Approximately 30 days later, the group meets for a separate live Thirty-Day Momentum Integration session.

You do not need to decide whether Structured Support is right for you before getting in touch. A conversation provides an opportunity to discuss your circumstances, understand the format, and consider whether it is an appropriate fit.
