Work with a Novāscend Coach
Apply Stability → Direction → Momentum to your professional transition in a private, one-to-one setting.
Coaching uses the same Novāscend Course backbone as the cohort. The difference is the way you work. Your coach can shape the focus, questions, and practices around your circumstances. The shared framework and set schedule stay intact.
Individualized Coaching
When your professional future is uncertain, some questions benefit from sustained attention to the details of your own situation.
Individualized Coaching provides a one-to-one space to examine those questions, decide what deserves attention, and work deliberately with the circumstances in front of you.
The principle is simple: Adaptive process, personally shaped. Novāscend’s approach provides a consistent structure, while the focus, pacing, questions, and application are shaped around your situation.

What the experience is like
The work follows a recurring rhythm of reflection, decision, purposeful action, and learning. Conversations can focus closely on your particular choices, constraints, priorities, and the information emerging as circumstances change.
Between sessions, you may undertake simple reflection or purposeful action connected to the questions you are considering. What happens between conversations should serve your current decisions—not complete a generic program.
As new information develops, the focus can adjust while the work retains a consistent underlying structure.
Why Work One-to-One?
Professional transition often brings questions tied to the details of your work and life. A private setting gives you room to explore those details with focused attention.
Your coach can focus on the parts of the Course that connect most closely to your situation. The focus, questions, practices, and emphasis can shift as you learn and your circumstances change.
Privacy is also a valid reason to choose coaching. Some people prefer to discuss professional choices without a group present. Others value one continuous coaching relationship.
Coaching is priced higher because the time is private and the process is adapted more closely to your circumstances, questions, decisions, and needs. The cohort follows the same Novāscend framework in a shared setting, adding the perspective and momentum of learning alongside others. The difference in price reflects the level of individual access and personalization—not the seriousness of your goals or the value of one path over the other.
One shared framework · Personalized application
The Shared Course Backbone and Personalized Application
Coaching follows the same Course backbone used in the Novāscend Cohort.
You begin with the Flourishing Architecture. You also look at the conditions that shape your current experience. From there, you work through Stability → Direction → Momentum.
Stability
You explore Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, and the conditions that support flourishing. This gives you a firm base for thinking about your professional transition.
Direction
You practice Commitment and Clarity. You look at what matters and decide where to focus. You then create a useful direction to guide action.
Momentum
You practice Courage and Calibration. You turn direction into purposeful steps, observe what happens, and adjust as you learn.
Integration
You bring the framework together and consider how to keep using it after the engagement ends.
The Course provides the backbone. Coaching personalizes the application. Your coach can adapt the questions and emphasis to fit your circumstances. Your coach can also adapt the between-session practices. The underlying framework, session cadence, and session length do not change.
A bounded engagement
The initial engagement consists of eight sessions over approximately 8–12 weeks.
This provides continuity for working with an evolving professional situation without assuming an indefinite coaching relationship. At the end of the initial engagement, you can consider whether further work would be useful rather than assuming coaching simply continues.
You might be in the right place if...
- You are navigating a professional transition or period of uncertainty.
- You want to use the Stability → Direction → Momentum framework in a private setting.
- You value individual attention and focused conversation.
- You want to apply the Course closely to your circumstances.
- You prefer to discuss sensitive professional questions one-to-one.
- You want room to adjust the focus as you learn.
- You can commit to eight 60-minute sessions over 12 weeks.
- You are ready to make your own decisions and take responsibility for your actions.
Matching this list does not guarantee that coaching is the right path. It also does not guarantee a particular result. The required discovery conversation gives you and the coach a chance to discuss fit before the engagement begins.
Who it may fit
Individualized Coaching may fit someone who wants the work centered entirely on their own circumstances, is considering several possible directions, or wants flexibility in where attention is placed as the situation develops.
It may also appeal to someone whose circumstances do not fit naturally into a shared cohort conversation—or who simply prefers a one-to-one setting.
Individualized Coaching and Structured Support are parallel ways of working. Structured Support offers a small, facilitated cohort experience; Individualized Coaching keeps the process focused on one person’s circumstances.
Agency, Privacy, and Scope
You are the decision-maker.
Your coach can ask questions, offer a framework, and help you reflect. Your coach can also support you as you consider your options. You decide what goals to pursue and what outside information or expertise to seek. You also decide what risks to take and what actions fit your life.
Coaching is private within the stated coaching and confidentiality boundaries. The one-to-one setting gives you room to discuss your circumstances without a cohort present.
Coaching is not therapy. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. It does not replace mental health care or other professional services.
Novāscend does not control employer decisions, hiring results, or workplace conditions. It also does not control economic changes or other outside factors. Coaching does not guarantee a job, promotion, career change, income level, or other result.
Request a Conversation
A discovery conversation is required before coaching begins.
We will discuss what you are going through and what you want from coaching. We will also consider whether the private one-to-one format fits your needs. You can ask questions about the framework, schedule, and scope. You can also ask about the working relationship.
The engagement includes eight 60-minute sessions over 12 weeks. The first four sessions are weekly, and the final four are biweekly. The price is $1,600.
Requesting a conversation does not commit you to begin coaching.
Request a ConversationExplore whether it fits
You do not need to decide whether Individualized Coaching is right for you before getting in touch. A conversation provides an opportunity to discuss your circumstances, ask questions about the format, and consider whether it is an appropriate fit.
A Bounded Engagement and What Happens Next
The coaching engagement has a clear beginning and end. It includes eight 60-minute sessions over 12 weeks.
In the final session, you and your coach review the work. You can consider what you tried, what happened, and what you learned. You can also decide how you want to keep using Stability → Direction → Momentum.
Continuation is not automatic. Any further work is a separate, deliberate decision.
You can complete the engagement and continue on your own. You can also discuss whether another form of support fits what comes next. The aim is to make that choice deliberately. There is no assumption that the coaching relationship will continue.
