Join a Novāscend Cohort

With a cohort, you move through a shared seven-week experience with a small group and a facilitator. Why Join a Cohort?

Professional transition can feel private. But you do not have to think through every question alone.

A cohort gives you a small, guided setting. People move through the same framework together. Each person brings a different situation and point of view. Listening to others can help you notice options, questions, or beliefs that are harder to see on your own.

The shared schedule also gives the work a steady rhythm. Each week, you learn, reflect, act, and return with new information. The goal is not to copy another person’s choices. It is to use the Course more fully as you make your own.

You choose how much personal information to share. You can learn from the group while keeping private details private.

The Course Journey

Before Week 1

Get Ready

The Get Ready Module opens approximately 3–4 days before Week 1.

You will complete online assessments. You will also watch a video overview of the Flourishing Architecture. This gives you a starting point for the Course. It also introduces the structure you will use in the weeks ahead.

Weeks 1–2

Stability

Module 1: Stability—Building the Foundation

Week 1: Positive Psychology and Conditions for Flourishing

You will explore Positive Psychology and the conditions that support flourishing. The aim is to understand your current situation. You do not need to make major decisions or push for quick answers.

Week 2: Mindfulness and Practice of Stability

You will explore Mindfulness. You will also practice ways to create steadiness and awareness. This work helps you notice what is happening without being pulled in every direction.

Weeks 3–4

Direction

Module 2: Direction—Practicing Commitment and Clarity

Week 3: Commitment: Choosing What Matters

You will look at what deserves your time, care, and energy. Commitment is not a promise to force a result. It is the practice of choosing what matters enough to guide your next steps.

Week 4: Clarity: Creating a Useful Direction

You will use what you have learned to create a clear direction you can act on. The goal is not perfect certainty. It is a useful direction that reflects your priorities and current reality.

Weeks 5–6

Momentum

Module 3: Momentum—Practicing Courage and Calibration

Week 5: Courage: Turning Direction Into Action

You will practice turning direction into purposeful action. Courage does not mean having no doubt. It means taking a fitting step while staying aware of risk, limits, and what matters.

Week 6: Calibration, Course Correction, and Recovery

You will review what your actions are teaching you. Calibration helps you adjust when you get new information. It also helps you recover when a step does not go as planned. You can keep going without treating every change as a failure.

Week 7

Integration

Module 4: Integration—A Personal Blueprint

Week 7: Stability, Direction, and Momentum

You will bring the full framework together. You will also create a personal blueprint for continued use. This is the final lesson of the seven-week Course.

After Module 4, Lesson 7, you receive a Certificate of Completion. No further Course Activities follow this lesson.

The Weekly Rhythm

Each week combines a 90-minute live session with work you complete between sessions.

During the live session, the facilitator introduces and guides the week’s material. You will have space to reflect and take part in discussion. You will also consider how the ideas apply to your professional transition.

Between sessions, you will use two kinds of Course work.

Activities

Activities help you explore the Course material and apply it to your situation. They give structure to your reflection and prepare you for the next part of the journey.

Momentum Practices

Momentum Practices are short, participant-facing practices that help you use the work in daily life. They can help you take a step and observe what happens. You can then reflect on what you learn and calibrate what comes next.

The aim is not to complete work for its own sake. It is to build a steady cycle of learning and application.

You might be in the right place if…

  • You are navigating a professional transition or period of uncertainty.
  • You want a clear framework without being told what decision to make.
  • You value learning with a small group.
  • You welcome perspectives from people facing different circumstances.
  • You can take part in seven weekly 90-minute live sessions.
  • You are willing to complete Activities and short Momentum Practices between sessions.
  • You want a shared rhythm that supports reflection and purposeful action.
  • You are comfortable choosing what to share and what to keep private.

Matching this list does not guarantee a particular outcome. The conversation before enrollment gives you a chance to discuss your situation and the Course. You can also consider whether the cohort format fits what you need.

Participation, Privacy, and Scope

Your participation belongs to you. You decide how to engage with the Course, what ideas to apply, and what actions to take.

Sharing is voluntary. You can join group conversations without sharing every detail. That includes details about your work, relationships, health, finances, or personal history. You are responsible for choosing what to share. You are also responsible for respecting the privacy of other participants.

The cohort provides a structured learning experience and guided reflection. It also offers peer perspectives and a clear way to apply the Flourishing Architecture. It is not group therapy. It does not replace mental health care or other professional services.

Novāscend does not make career decisions for you. It also does not control what happens in your workplace, industry, or job market. No job, promotion, career change, or other result is guaranteed.

Completion and Thirty-Day Momentum Integration

The seven-week Course ends with Module 4, Lesson 7: Stability, Direction, and Momentum.

After completing that lesson, you receive a Certificate of Completion. There are no Course Activities after Module 4, Lesson 7.

The cohort meets again approximately 30 days later. This is a separate live Thirty-Day Momentum Integration session.

This session gives you space to review:

  • What you tried
  • What happened
  • What you learned
  • What you want to continue
  • What you want to adjust

The integration session is separate from the seven-week Course. It is a chance to look back on real experience. You can then decide how to carry the framework forward.

Enrollment begins with a conversation.

We will discuss what you are going through and answer your questions about the Course and cohort experience. We will also consider whether the shared format fits your needs and preferences.

The cohort includes seven weekly 90-minute live sessions and 8–12 participants. Approximately 30 days later, the group meets for a separate live Thirty-Day Momentum Integration session. The founding price is $399.

Requesting a conversation does not commit you to enroll.
